American Indian/Alaska Native Campaign Materials

Two recipe/tip cards and recipe images styled in support of the MyPlate concept from the California Department of Health's American Indian/Alaska Native Campaign. The front side of the deer meat stew recipe card shows a picture of the finished product, and the back side contains the recipe information. The salmon tip card shows an image of salmon being prepared over open fire and a brief explanation of traditional cooking methods and menu suggestions.
