This in-service training program provides instruction for conducting a 24 hour food recall. The videotape has built in stopping points for the instructor to conduct nine activities to reinforce learning. The key topics include: establishing trust, using body language, improving accuracy tips, using open-ended and follow up questions, creating a recall kit, analyzing serving sizes, reviewing a food recall and coding foods properly for computer analysis. 2nd Edition.

The videotape and facilitator's guide were peer-reviewed by resident faculty at Oklahoma State University. The final product was reviewed by the Journal of Nutrition Education in their "resource materials" section.
