When are Kiwifruit in Season?

Kiwifruit have a brown fuzzy outside and green or golden inside with black edible seeds. Kiwifruit can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 days and in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Add kiwifruit to fruit salads, salsas, smoothies, yogurts and popsicles.

Fun fact: The skin of the kiwifruit can be eaten.
