Collard greens are hearty leafy greens with smooth leaves and light-colored veins and stems. Refrigerate collards in a plastic bag for up to 5 days. Add to soups, stir-fries, pasta dishes, or sauté for a weeknight side dish.

Fun fact: Collard greens are sometimes called a “tree cabbage” due to their tall, cabbage-like leaves.
