Celery stalks are found in tight, straight bunches. Store celery in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Wash it thoroughly before using it to remove any excess dirt. Serve celery with low-fat dip or hummus or add to soups, salads, and casseroles.

Fun fact: Store-bought celery can be regrown at home by cutting off the bottom 2 inches of the root end and placing it in an inch of water.
