Text2LiveHealthy (CO)

Text2LiveHealthy (T2LH) is a nutrition and physical activity text-messaging program that provides parents of preschool and elementary school aged children, teachers, and staff with resources to keep their families healthy. Families who sign up for T2LH receive 2-3 text messages every week that include creative recipes, tips to eat more fruits and vegetables, and ideas to stay physically active as a family. It is provided at no cost to the participant.
