Used to assess the physical environment features and amenities, town characteristics, community programs, and policies that can affect physical activity among residents in rural communities. This tool is suitable for both practitioners and researchers. There are 3 separate components: 1) Town-Wide, 2) Program and Policy, and 3) Street Segment.

Listed in the SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework Interpretive Guide.

Used to measure Indicator LT16: Shared Use Streets and Crime Reduction
