A newsletter that included recipes and columns on child feeding challenges, seasonal foods, menu ideas, and contains "The Banana Beat", designed for the children themselves. "The Banana Beat" featured a fold-open activity poster for the children, a special children’s recipe, a fairy tale, and a physical activity. There are six issues available with a different theme in each issue.
