The National Nutrition Certification Program (NNCP) is a free online nutrition certification course designed for public nutrition educators. NNCP is offered through Utah State University’s Food $ense Program (Utah SNAP-Ed). This program is being used to enhance the knowledge and skills of nutrition educators around the country. In 2016 there were over 1,248 course participants in more than 42 states.
