N-PEARS Annual Report Form

This document is intended to support State and implementing agencies in completing their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) Annual Report in the web-based SNAP-Ed National Program Evaluation and Reporting System (N-PEARS). This planning document aligns with N-PEARS and includes italicized instructional text to assist in completing each module.
