JIFF (Jump into Foods and Fitness) is a curriculum for ages 8 to 11 to learn about the importance of nutrition, increased physical activity, and food safety. Evaluation Information

Pilot tested (2003) at 6 sites (MI and MN), with 194 boys and girls. The matched pair analysis of pre-post test, showed significant change in eating more healthy foods, increasing physical exercise, and identifying muscle groups and food guide pyramid message.
