A manual that provides guidance a tiered approach to partnership evaluation including an annual assessment, basic evaluation, and enhanced evaluation. The guide covers thinking out how results will be used, engage stakeholders, describe the partnership, focus the evaluation design, gather credible evidence, justify conclusions, and ensure use and share lessons learned.
