For each workshop, the guide includes supply lists, preparation instructions, a detailed outline and an easy-to-follow lesson plan. General recipes are included, without nutrition information. Corresponding handouts are included, as well as a list of other resources that can be used. Surveys are included as part of each workshop and may be used as an evaluation component.
