A multi-component approach by which schools and districts use all opportunities for students to be physically active and meet the nationally-recommended 60 minutes of physical activity each day. This step-by-step guide supports schools and school districts in developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive school physical activity programs. Can be used to develop a new comprehensive school physical activity program or assess and improve an existing one. Accompanied by an e-Learning course for professionals.
