123 Feed Me! Feeding for Healthy Eating Childcare focuses on how to feed young children, not what to feed them. Participants learn about the importance of feeding practices and the skills necessary to help preschool-aged children develop healthy eating habits.” This curriculum provides an overview of lessons, which include group discussions and hands-on activities for participants to apply what they learn from the lessons. Recipes, listserv sign-up sheets, and educator’s speaking notes are included too.

A pilot study was conducted in the spring of 2013 in the following 3 Maryland regions: Saint. Mary's County, Baltimore City, and Garrett County. Pre and post survey data was collected at each pilot training and used, along with pilot educator feedback, to inform revisions of the curriculum.
