The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) launched the National Program Evaluation and Reporting System (N-PEARS) on May 22, 2023.
N-PEARS updates SNAP-Ed State plan and data collection requirements to support FNS’s vision of high-quality, accessible national program data and allows for an improved understanding of program effectiveness and accountability.
This page describes the process changes for the submission of SNAP-Ed plans and reports in N-PEARS beginning with the FY 2024 State plans and the FY 2023 annual reports. These changes only apply to the SNAP-Ed portion of the SNAP State Plan of Operations.
